Beyond Standard Care: Specialized Nutrition Solutions

From professional athletes to eating disorder treatment, from food intolerances to corporate wellness programs… Special conditions require specialized expertise and a multidisciplinary approach.

Why Specialized Nutrition?

Nutrition science is not one-size-fits-all. The nutritional needs of a marathon runner and the gut-repair process of an individual with gluten intolerance require entirely different protocols. At our clinic, our specialized team designs the most suitable “micro-nutrition” strategy for you, guided by up-to-date scientific literature.

In Which Areas Do We Provide Specialized Services?

Sports Nutrition

For amateur and professional athletes, we manage pre- and post-training nutrition, muscle mass development, fat loss, and post-injury recovery processes. Supplement use is never based on trends or guesswork; it is carefully planned according to blood test results and training intensity.

Eating Disorder Treatment

Anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, or night eating syndrome… You are not alone in this process. In collaboration with psychologists, we help rebuild a healthy relationship with food, free from guilt, and establish sustainable eating behaviors.

Food Intolerances & Elimination Diet

Persistent bloating, skin rashes, or migraine attacks may originate from foods on your plate. Through advanced food intolerance testing or the gold-standard Elimination Diet protocol, we identify trigger foods and support intestinal barrier repair (Leaky Gut).

Corporate Nutrition Consulting

Your company’s most valuable asset is its employees. To counteract sedentary office life and poor dietary habits, we offer in-office seminars, menu planning, and individual consultations—boosting workplace productivity, well-being, and motivation.

Push Your Limits
Let Your Nutrition Keep Up With You.

Whether you are an amateur or a professional athlete, your level doesn’t change one thing: performance improves when nutrition is done right. With strategies fully integrated into your training program and designed to accelerate muscle recovery, we help you unlock your full potential.

While we manage the nutritional rehabilitation part of this process, we refer you to our specialist psychologist partners when necessary or work in coordination with your current therapist.

It typically lasts 4–8 weeks and is a fairly restrictive but therapeutic process. At the end of this period, eliminated foods are reintroduced one by one to observe the body’s response. The goal is not lifelong restriction, but to identify triggers and restore your quality of life.
